I’ve always believed that the best stories aren't found on the scoreboard, but in the human narratives that give those numbers meaning.

My journey as a journalist began at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where I spent over three years at the Daily Utah Chronicle making my visions a reality.

Reporting at the Daily Utah Chronicle spanned the full spectrum of the Utah athletic experience. I documented the 2022 National Championship run of the Utah Ski Team and the evolving journey of the Men’s Basketball program. Beyond the game recaps, I specialized in capturing the athlete's story, producing deep-dive profiles on figures such as American Olympian Novie McCabe.

I also produced The Homestretch Podcast, a platform dedicated to bringing the grit and rhythm of the Utah sports world to life through  audio storytelling.

While my roots are firmly planted in the sports world, my curiosity has always been broader than the court. I’m currently expanding my reach into general news and cultural features, remaining flexible with my craft as I transition from the press box to a wider stage.
